Funda Desk is funda’s software-as-a-service for real estate agents. The service primarily used for ordering products to improve the presentation of houses on funda.

Redesigned to optimize the workflow
Agents pointed out that they experienced trouble finding the right information about products and how to use those. A fresh landing page is designed to inform agents about important product changes and have relevant information accessible as easy as possible.
Increased security with 2FA
Within funda desk, agents have access to a lot of valuable and personal information. To improve the level of account security, two-factor authentication was introduced.
User management for agents
To enable two-factor authentication for all agents and their employees, an all-new user management feature in funda desk was developed. Including all necessary flows and e-mails.
